Komsai AI Compliance Policy
At Komsai, we are committed to the responsible development and deployment of AI solutions that comply with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act). Our AI-powered customer service agents are designed to be safe, transparent, traceable, non-discriminatory, and compliant with data protection regulations.
1. Transparency & User Awareness
All AI-generated content and responses will be clearly disclosed to users. Komsai AI does not manipulate user behavior or decision-making through cognitive behavioral techniques. Any AI-assisted interactions that modify or generate content will be labeled accordingly.
2. Ethical AI & Risk Management
Our AI systems do not engage in biometric identification, social scoring, or real-time surveillance. Komsai AI does not process or store sensitive biometric data. Our models are continuously assessed to ensure they do not pose unacceptable risks as defined by the AI Act.
3. Compliance with High-Risk AI Regulations
Komsai AI does not fall under high-risk categories (e.g., law enforcement, migration control, medical devices). However, we voluntarily uphold best practices in AI governance, including:
- Ongoing impact assessments to ensure fairness, accuracy, and safety.
- Human oversight to prevent harmful automation in customer interactions.
- Users' right to file complaints about AI decisions, with human review available.
4. Generative AI & Content Responsibility
Our AI models are designed to prevent the generation of illegal or harmful content. We comply with EU copyright laws, publishing summaries of any copyrighted data used for AI training. Any AI-generated images, videos, or audio will be clearly labeled to avoid misinformation.
5. Data Protection & Security
Komsai fully complies with GDPR and data privacy laws across all markets we operate in. No personal data is retained without explicit user consent. AI interactions are encrypted and follow strict cybersecurity standards to protect user information.
6. Continuous Monitoring & Reporting
Komsai continuously evaluates AI performance and reports any serious incidents as required by the EU AI Act. We work with regulatory bodies and industry partners to ensure our AI remains compliant with evolving laws and ethical standards.
7. Supporting Innovation & Responsible AI
